Again, I had no idea that any of those people were still relevant either. I'm just sayin', why else would someone that used to be famous go to a karaoke bar besides to say, "Hey, look at me, I can still sing please buy my stuff." It'd be a different story if they just left the people in the place duped and not bothered with revealing that it was in fact Jewel singing. On another note, glad to see her teeth are fixed.

Even the guy banging on upturned steel pans on the street corner does it so that others will hear them.
It isn't a mark of desperation, it is just their chosen profession.
Actually, more power to her for not restricting herself to an audience of thousands who shelled out big bucks to see her.
