There was no logic... this person didn't explicitly say that Obama was at fault, but he/she did say that learning about proper booming is simply a question of asking the right person and that anybody (the public, media, government) who swallows BP's explanation of booming isn't doing it right and is therefore only contributing to BP's fuckup.
