Step 1. Get a download program, such as Net Transport, so you can download those SWF files. (If you just enter them into your browser, it'll load the SWF file on the page.)

Step 2. Run Net Transport. Clear your cache. Go to the "URL Sniffer" tab. Click Start. Load the page. You will see a list of addresses populated in Net Transport such as:

http://www.instantsfun.es/swf/badumtss.swf
http://www.instantsfun.es/swf/ballsofsteel.swf
http://www.instantsfun.es/swf/barrelroll.swf

Download whichever of these that you want with Net Transport (right click or copy/paste into the Download tab).

Step 3. Download a program that can decompile flash objects such as Flash Decompiler Trillix.

Step 4. Run that program. Open the flash files. Go into Sounds (on the right) in the drop down menus. Select the audio file check box. Go up to extract on the top tabs. Select an export path. Click Extract now. Go to the extract folder.

Step 5. Do whatever with your extracted mp3.

Sound boards in the past have usually been a collection of phrases from a specific character, not a collection of popular phrases from an assortment of characters.

Think of the "Balls of Steel" prank video, where the guy entered into Ventrilo channels and spammed Duke Nukem sounds from a sound board.

So, no, sound boards aren't new, but have you ever seen a page like this? I haven't. Just enjoy it... for all five seconds until it gets old.

I thought that too, at first. But then I noticed, that with most of them, if you just click towards the bottom of each button, instead of right in the middle, they only required one click.
