I do tech support in Southern California. I think I know this woman. She likes computers but does not have the intelligence to understand them. I have a few stories about her, but this phone call is typical. 

I heard this show live and was busting my ass laughing at that dumb bitch.

I remember hearing about some defendants in a case like this who got the charges dropped because their neighbors wifi extended into their property. I don't remember exactly how it went down but its pretty interesting legal stuff.

If you havn't read this article, I would strongly suggest it for a good laugh. I know of people who had this similar situation, where they were people just don't realise they're stealing it, cause their internet just "works" magically @ home.

Where they were just stealing internet by accident because their computer automatically detected and configured their wireless internet connection and they didn't know better. I've also heard Best buy sales rep marketing laptops as "coming with Wifi internet" Playing it off like it's like a cell phone where you are part of a magical wifi internet club.
