Apparently dogs instinctively howl during the "Law & Order" theme song. (For some real fun, start up all the videos a page at once.)

I howl when Law & Order comes on and I can't change the channel fast enough.

My dog "sings along to" certain songs in my record collection. Never watched much L&O.

First, delete your System32 folder. Second, cry, a lot.
I've done that before, computer ran so much faster after that without all those Background processes crowding my CPU with all sorts of OS shit.
Can television broadcast frequencies higher than we can hear? Maybe there's a hidden dog track in some of our favorite shows.

Its probably just a high pitched note that we cannot hear, but the dogs can.
Zir - you'll like how it sounds, but you'll love how it feels

I laughed. Something about a dog howling at inane things like a tv theme song just get to me.
Bubba - doesn't like you either!

Well guys, the human frequency range is about 15 - 20000 Hz, so it is conceivable that the canine specimens we are seeing in these videos are blah blah blah *barf

Well the highest frequency that can be recorded at a sample rate of 48khz (the typical standard for visual media) is 24khz because of the Nyquist limit, but most of us can't hear above 18khz, so it's possible the dogs are hearing something up in that range.
I'm not that familiar with broadcast audio though so I'm not sure what format they're actually broadcast in.
Bunker built Danny Carey. 43 times.

Nyquist diagrams are bullshit.
Fuck control systems.
But boy is dogs singing along to theme songs hilarious!
Most speakers don't even reproduce frequencies that high.

My cat did not like this.
On a side note, it is the clarinet in the song that is setting the dogs off, not some secret hyper frequency.

The first one was kind of funny. Some dogs have hilarious howls. The second one I clicked was whiny and high-pitched and made me want to punch it.

Didn't work on my dog at first. Remembered he was a chihuahua. Hit the SAP button.
