This looks like normal young animal play fighting, which puppies will do with each other. Dog fighting is much nastier. Besides, the real inhumane part of dogfighting is their "training." 

The cat pulls a Kimura lock early into the fight, but the ferret breaks out of it.
The ferret did a huge mistake by letting the cat catch his breath while confusing himself under the blankets. He peeks out and its all over, the cat puts all his strength into the last tackle .

I think the big difference is the lack of blood, dying animals, and the fact that the owners didn't have to torture the kitty when it was younger to get it in the fighting mood.
I didn't see any rape boxes in the video either.
