we got a house rented to us finally, fuck that cunty woman last night. "oh, no, there's nothing we can do about this, sorry, you're under the bar for credit scores"
the dude today actually laughed, asked which agency it was, and said he didn't know how they stayed in business. he knows most of his house owners and will personally contact them to get a waiver if you ever get denied due to low score.
the house we got, he sold the house to the owner, and he's good friends with the owner, so it's all good.
It's not "OMFG AWESOME" type of house, but the area is pretty old, so you're not going to get that easily. It's got enough room, it's got a good HUGE kitchen/dining area. Converted garage makes a big family room area.
