For real. Seeing her like she was at the end of the 3rd episode, waking up all "Oh Shit!" was funny.

So we see her on the table, all cut up post-autopsy. Obviously people know she's dead as she's in a hospital (maybe). But after she wakes back up and presumably heals herself, I wonder how they'll explain that whole thing.

When the cheerleader comes out, this may be where stepdad steps in and reveals a bit more about himself. He may try to help her cover it up and/or get lost for a while to get on her good side so he can manipulate her later.
