Nope, I doubt one exists. Airsoft guns are typically no more than 400fps or so, and a .2g projectile going at 400fps would probably just piss a rat off.
Even if you find one, you'll need to be careful. The homeowners association might lump airsoft guns in with pellet guns. I know they're very different, but if they dont allow pellet guns they're probably assholes anyway.

Oh yeah, NEW GUN DAY! My dad picked up a Walther P22. I'll be breaking it in tomorrow morning. It has a VERY nice grip, just like the original full size version. The sights aren't too shabby, either.
He said this was the last gun we were going to buy for a while (10 guns in a little over a year, Yikes :-D), but now that he's felt the Walther P22 he's considering buying the .40 version. Of course the .40 version is bigger (The .22 version is basically a smaller version of the 9mm/.40 versions on the outside), so maybe he wont like it as much. Personally, I LOVE the way the P99 looks and feels. It's tied for first for my favorite grips (Tied with the Sig P229). They just feel right :)

I've never actually fired a P99, but I've held them before. Along with that, the first airsoft gun I owned was a P99. The only noticeable difference was the weight and material texture. The real P99 was just a bit heavier.
The P99 is on my list of guns to fire and hopefully own.

Ahh, the P90. Another gun on my list of things I really want to shoot.
There was a PS90 (Civvie P90)at the last gun show I went to, but there was a sign that said specifically not to touch. There was no "Please ask before handling" or "Do not touch without permission.". It was just "Not for sale. Do not touch.".
Hell, I'd just love to hold one.

Hey everyone lets make some lists!
Guns you'd absolutely LOVE to own and have some chance of owning:
M1 Garand (Not too uncommon)
M1 Carbine (There's actually one for sale at the local range. I think the guy was asking 400 or 500 for it. If I had the cash I'd buy it)
Walther P99

Guns you will probably never own, but have a chance of firing:
Desert Eagle .50 (I'm sure we're all guilty of this :-D. I've held a couple of these, and they're beasts.)

Guns you'd love to own, but will probably never even get a chance to fire:
FN P90
FiveseveN pistol
Thompson
MP5
Barrett .50 scoped rifle
SVD Dragunov

Yeah, I clean up a bit when my girlfriend comes over.
I think she's complained about my room being messy maybe twice in the 4.5 years we've been going out. She helped me clean it once.
She leaves crap all over her room too, so for the most part we understand each others messiness :)

Well it seems silly but the SVD (if that's what your friend's dad actually had) use the russian PSO or PSOP scope which are pretty damn cheap to come buy. If you're lucky enough to get your hands on an actual RUSSIAN dragunov (not the oft confused romanian PSLs, romak 3's, ssg 97, or the chinese closer svd equivalent ndm 86) then you might have had a scope with the tritium still activated and the infrared detection. Regardless you can buy the PSO style scopes for around 150 bucks...

I have a bunch of guns and was also a Marine and got to fire all kinds of fun stuff including the 20mm MK67 deck gun but by far the most fun was when a friend of mine who worked border patrol in Arizona got to borrow a Steyr AUG and a FNP90. They got them from some foreign border guard they were training (traded them M-16's 1 for 1!!!!). Took them both in the desert and went nuts, lots of fun!!

I'd love to shoot anything that fires the 5.7x28 round. The problem is that I think FN is the only company that's mnufacturing the ammunition. You can buy the five seven pistol for like 800 bucks, then shoot a few hundred rounds though it and you've bought it again. The p90 has that 50 round clip up top. Fire that whole thing off and your out 40 bucks.

Take a look here . Join the state association you live in and that should do it. Not sure about the firearms badge, but it should't be too hard to find out by giving CMP a call. If they don't accept it, have a rangemaster check you out and sign for you.

Yeah, the price on 5.7 is ridiculous. But there's possible good news on the horizon. There are rumors that Wolf is going to be producing it, so that'll drive the price down if it's true.

I'm not a huge fan of Wolf, to be honest. I've only used their 40 and 45, and it was dirty as all hell. It's better than WWB though, I suppose.
Luckily I dont have to deal with it anymore though, I reload all the calibers I shoot.
But hell, if they can push down the price of 5.7 to the point where I'll be able to try it out I'll love them forever :)

Hey!

Anybody know where i can get my hands on the 300m sight calibration targets like we used in the army to zero our M-16's? They worked so well i want to use the same thing for my AR-15 once it's built but nobody I've talked to around here even had any idea that such a thing existed. I actually had one guy try and tell me that it was impossible to sight in a rifle to 300m off a close target like that.

Oh... some of those real nice triple baffle ear plugs would be nice to get too.
